Forum Administrator and Moderator Application Thread

I've been trying to visit the SMF For Free Support Forum to find someway of making the layout of this forum look neat. Unfortunately, everytime I visit the support forum, I get the message, "You are banned from using the forum." I don't know what's the reason for I don't even post there, I lurk around to get information.

So the purpose of this thread is to give a lucky person the Admin Rights to the whole forum, In other words, he/she'll will be in charge mostly when I'm not around.
